The matte finish gives these a nice non-slip feel when I'm shuffling during a game, and the fit is snug enough that they don't slide off the inner sleeve. I've put my favorite deck through maybe fifty games and the art underneath still looks brand new.

The matte finish is what sold me, and the clarity hasn't yellowed or clouded after dozens of games. I can shuffle hard without a single scratch showing on the artwork underneath, which was my whole reason for buying these.

Finally, sleeves that actually protect the art instead of just looking pretty. I've shuffled my favorite deck about fifty times now and the images on the character sleeves haven’t even started to scuff. The matte finish gives a nice grip without being sticky, so it’s easy to handle during a long gam
